Everyday from 7am-8pm

Our space is located on a side street off of Vine Street in OTR. There are multiple parking lots facilitated by 3CDC within a 2 minute walking distance. There is always paid street parking in the surrounding areas, and there is a paid public parking lot directly across the street from our space.

The studio is accessible by wheelchair and other forms of mobility assistance.

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted

• No shoes are allowed on the seamless back drop, shoes must come off or you need to wear shoe covers (fees will be added to reservation if paper is ripped up or has shoe marks)

• Pets are allowed but we do have a small additonal fee (add this at booking)

• No glitter or popping champagne indoors

• No food or drink allowed on any furniture or backdrop

• Please DO NOT drag furniture across the wood floors, please do not move our full length mirror

• Full nudity shoots are not recommended as we don't have curtains on all of our doors

• Please return all furniture and props to where you found them so the next guest can enjoy the space

• If you stay extra time past your booked time you will be charged an additonal hour. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra fees or charges

• Our space isn't sound proof since we are located in the city. please plan accordingly.

Please note that all start and end times include setup and break down time. Any late checkout will resolve in a full additonal hour. If you arrive a few before your session and the studio is occupied please wait outside or at the front door. If the studio is empty you can go inside.
