We love hosting events in the studio space.. but here are a few things to keep in mind when planning out your event

• Make sure you book enough time for set up and clean up

• The more hours you book the more of a discount you will receive

• The space can hold up to 50 people max, plan accordingly

• We do have an accessible entry

• We do NOT have a kitchen only a bathroom

• We have banquet tables available to rent as an add on at booking

• We do NOT have chairs, you will have to rent your own chairs

• Please NO smoking or vaping inside the studio

• Please NO taping things to the wall without approval

• You can pull up in front of our space to unload

• Paid street parking is available + Paid lot parking

• You are responsible for bringing trash bags and cleaning up after your event has concluded (all cleaning supplies will be provided, located in the bathroom closet)

• Alcohol is permitted but at your own discretion we are not responsible for anything alcohol related during your rental (please make sure everyone in your party is responsible and respectful)

• Example events: baby showers, small parties, conferences, team meetings, gender reveals, mini styled concept shoots, influencer gatherings, small tailgates, pop up parties (if you are looking to host an event that you are not sure about please reach out and we can chat about logistics of your idea)
